Biometric Enrollment

  • Download and run Biometric Financial ID Mobile Application
  • Application is designed to capture customer’s fingerprints, collect customer demographic data process fingerprints (extract features and perform 1:1 matching)
  • Mobile App prompts customer to capture his or her own fingerprints (utilizing AA Technology PrintScan),
  • Mobile App prompts customer to enter customer’s demographic data
  • Mobile App process fingerprints and loads fingerprints to on-device 1:1 matcher for future authentication
  • The Identity Authentication App remains “inactive” until customer’s credentials are verified by authorized officer
  • If fingerprint record is not in the database, voter’s record is added to the system’s databases
  • Mobile App will create (enroll) the voter’s biometrics onto the Smartphone
  • Biometric record on Beneficiary’s smartphone will be available for future verifications and authentications
  • If fingerprint record is already in the database, The system sends a message to the voter to state that duplicate records are not allowed
 

Activation

The Application Activation process is described in the following steps:
1. Authorized Officer manually verify customer’s credential
2. If customer’s credentials seem to be unauthentic, Officer will not proceed with activation process
3. If the Authorized Officer is satisfied with the authenticity of customer credentials, Officer will send a temporary activation key and ask customer to capture his/her own prints
4. If the captured fingerprints match the stored fingerprints, the Officer will transmit a permanent key to the customer’s devices
